Background and areas of practice:
After graduating from university with a law degree, Sabra spent a number of years working as a paralegal in commercial litigation departments and has dealt with claims relating to debt recovery and professional negligence, corporate fraud, commercial litigation in the energy and shipping fields. At the same time, she obtained her master’s in international commercial law and legal practice course. Sabra qualified as a solicitor in 2020. During her training, she was closely involved in a number of construction claims and insolvency work and it is in these areas that she is now specialising.
What sets her apart from her peers, is Sabra’s in-depth client management skills. Sabra’s interpersonal, forward planning and delegation skills allow her and her clients to work together smoothly, proactively and systematically to achieve results in good time.
Highlights
ICCT Ltd v Pinto [2019] EWHC 2134 (TCC): Sabra successfully acted for the Applicant in enforcement proceedings whereby the TCC demonstrates circumstances in which residential occupiers may find themselves bound by an adjudication decision, even where they have not agreed to it.
